Just as many others have stated, A very corrupt company because as they say..'we are a private organization'. So their philosphy is they can do whatever they want. There is a double standard, serious favoritism, and way too much self interest shown in decision making by Managing Directors. As many said HR is a joke. Everything is driven by your line manager they have the last say. In many ways a very old fashioned French mentality. Overall, just a very negative place to work. I'm considered a very happy and upbeat person, they hate that! Don't think for yourself, they hate that too. Micromanagement is standard, crushing your soul is an everyday practice.
