They are very keen to retain and develop people. Plenty of training and very high standards internally. They will invest in the retention of the best fit people. Tremendous support when you reflect the company values - a lot less if you come with unrealistic demands and a poor understanding of how the business works.

Senior management structure makes it difficult sometimes to empower more people to make decisions however it guarantees the medically led agenda is preserved. Too cautious at times and can stifle creativity at mid and lower levels. Need to invest a lot more in research and development to bring out the best ideas from the wonderful staff they have.
