Managers & Executives dictate everything. Executives talk investors to invest the company which is used to pay for unpaid bills several months behind, employee salaries, unpaid edd bills, etc. The sales to expense ratio is like 1 to 10. Paychecks bounce, or not get paid with a reason of no pay consistently provided. A lot of people cash out checks with penalty if lucky.
