Technical leadership did not always seem equipped to evaluate engineering work effectively. Visibility and perception sometimes appeared to outweigh technical merit in performance discussions. Team morale was impacted by uncertainty and turnover

Work from home was great. But that is it.

Where do I begin, When I started they had just done layoffs which I thought was odd but ignored it. I barely made it a year when my job was eliminated. I should of known something was up when I saw that the CRO was let going that April. This is not a stable company and I do not recommend. Getting rid of people in this current market is horrible and it is wrecking good people's lives, left and right.
