Great culture, efficient, good bonuses, increased paternity leave to 6 weeks fully paid

Currently pays slightly lower than Big 4 on base salary

Noticeable change in market positioning in last year, but now somewhat caught between low volume big cases and high volume small cases

Still taking on board smaller cases when not enough resources to manage them along with the big cases. Which takes away time and output on the big cases.
