Work is not distributed fairly and someone in the team that has less work was spotted dozing off during work most of the time. Management doesn't accept suggestions/ideas to improve work. You must be a 'Yes person' in order to tolerate but eventually will get worn out and decided to leave. Any feedback you gave that management think you are questioning his ability will be penalised on appraisal even though you have worked hard throughout the year. Taking leave is an ongoing problem where you need to block on the calendar and making sure no one else is on leave the same day/period. Approval is subjected to projects/work schedule. On the other hand, management have the priority to go on leave any time and 2 person can take leave on the same day. Their leave is top secret not on the team calendar. You will only know when you don't see them in the office on that day or when you get an OOO email reply. Gossiping and giving bad comments of co-workers by the management is part of their daily routine. Current staff are being made to hate each other with manager gossiping behind while ex-staff are being called as unprofessional and being blame for not doing a proper hand over / ‘over service’ for end users that leave the team harder to maintain the service standard.
