Easiest job I’ve ever had. It’s the only call center environment I’ve worked in where they don’t care about how many outbound phone calls you make. It’s bizarre. If you like complacency and like to get by doing the minimums, this is the job for you.

Extremely low pay, base starts at 37k or so. Company culture is way too relaxed, that’s why they are barely profitable (the All Battery Division in Urbandale). Lots of drama and low skilled sales people. Management plays favorites and is Facebook friends with half the employees (good managers don’t do this). Top sales person can only top out at 58k or so, and that’s after selling $1.3M in sales. That pay ratio doesn’t equate.
