health insurance is very expensive, does not cover much if one is in relatively good health, high deductible. They like "yes-man", others are viewed with suspicion. Passive-aggressive managers lack of cultural differences understanding. They display their "values" on every wall they can find but do not live by those values. Constant employee turnover in the last 2-3 years. Speaking up is not truly encouraged, "yes-man" much preferred.
