Excellent work-life balance is the main thing. The company is evolving technologically so there's good challenging work to be done.

The downfall is they are slow to move on technological advancement from an IT perspective and there is a serious lack of enterprise architecture planning as they try to evolve antiquated technical solutions. Business growth opportunities are questionable so investment in new technologies are also questionable.
