They paid well and for a lot of my lunches. I got to try some great restaurants on the company dime.

Service management is terrible, they support a toxic culture and accept mediocrity at every turn while claiming they want change and to advance in employment market. The office manager has had the biggest turnover under any manager I've seen in 30 years.

I guess pay was decent, got a raise every year.

Ownership sucks, they just care about their bottom line. Communication sucks. So many years of service down the drain.
