      Good culture, 4 Days working from home, Nice location, Excellent Payment

      Management only gets clients for $$$. They accept projects without doing technical feasibility or they don't add clauses to big clients to retain them and slowly move employees to other projects. In 2018 and 2020 two big clients went away and they had to fire a most or all of the people in those projects and just a few got re-hired with posibility of less payment.

      We're really sorry that you feel this way however, the timing that you're speaking of looks like it encompassed some unique worldwide situations at the time, namely the pandemic. Please know that our Executive and Management teams never want to lose any employees and everything within their power is always exhausted before those hard decisions are made. As you know, 2020 was a very unusual year. The pandemic hit the world hard and changed the climate of many companies and their decision making processes. Intertec has been very sensitive to how this has affected our employees and our clients and we have worked diligently to keep its effects at bay.       Intertec is a very inviting team to work with. Everyone knows the value that each position holds, so they treat each other with respect because they matter. Big companies are not able to take care of their employee moral very well, as they all feel like just another number. This workplace is small enough that everyone is checked up on very often.

      Working with big scale companies is necessary, but adds a layer of difficulty that is always being navigated. Software development is a full of giants, which can lead to some challenges for a smaller LLC trying to ensure they get the treatment they deserve. Just because a billion dollar company can waste time and money waiting around doing nothing, does not mean Intertec can.
