Favoritism hits a new low. What the point in tell workers to vote for employee of the month when the people votes don't count. Everyone know it is fix but management keeps tell that the office voted for them. I call B.S. on most of the winners. This is a small office and people know one another yet they expect ppl to believe this b.s. One example is a winner who said i don't believe anyone voted for him and another is winner which most engineers hate because of his attitude and his work ethic yet he won

Good group of people in local office.

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
