      The clients are amazing. It is great to work almost entirely with the LGBTQ population as well as with kink and poly clients. The other therapists are kind and passionate. I also like how ISC uses minimum scheduled and not minimum kept, because this was a chronic source of anxiety for me at previous group practices

      I think the sliding scale program could be expanded. I had an adjustment period around following the rules of the practice, as I was used to more independent work.
