Vantaggi
Amazing perks, great company vibe, the hiring process is as much around cultural fit as skills so people are generally nice (I've met no psychos so far, which is impressive!). I'm really valuing the culture of using real customer insights as a creative launch pad/reference. It means there are less decisions made by HIPOS (highest earning person), which means better work/solutions. Salaries seems good (although to be honest I've not asked any colleagues what they earn, just reading between the lines).
Svantaggi
Depending on what department you're in, there may be a slight work/life imbalance. I don't think comes from the company philosophy, just from individual teams reacting to the fast pace of work. The UK branch of Intuit is in a fast-growth phase. This encourages people to work later. So you'd have to decide how to handle it. (Btw it's not dreadful - ie no working weekends. It just means you might often miss an official lunch break and hours are 9am to 6.15pm.)
