      I enjoy working from home, this gives me the flexibility to continue with my bachelor's degree and take care of my daughter. I think we have a great culture here at Intuit, it can feel very inviting at times. Management does their best to support, I am personally grateful for my M1. My coworkers tend to be very supportive, and that is necessary while most of us work alone from home.

      This is a very political company. I think leadership dismisses/ignores several at-hand issues because they are stuck in their ways and afraid of change. Some tenured agents are extremely blunt and rude, it really affects the company's culture and value. I also wish we were given trainings with each major change that's made, instead we get a long and complicated email and are expected to change on a dime.

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
