      You have to work late because of the other team's late work. The salary range is very low Management doesn't know anything; they just pressure you to complete anyway.

      Current management is useless and practising "Hire & Fire" strategy. Upper management is not fit for the job and as a result the company is consistently in loss. Continuous lay offs take place.
