In Oracle apps team, they fired many people. Even people working since 18+ years were fired with no reason. Managers exhibit unprofessional behavior and cheap tactics. Senior management does not seem troubled by managers inappropriate behavior toward his employees. Managers confides in the favourite employee and discusses all the confidential issues. Managers takes advises of the favourite employee without gauging the pros and cons. Managers overlooks even the mistakes made by the favorite employee. Forget about work from home and H1 process completely. Forget about job security. This review is only for Oracle apps technical team, this is a good company for any other teams. In short, Invesco is good company if you are not working in Oracle Apps Technical team.
