- No structure surrounding execution of projects - Projects are released to meet deadlines although bugs (defects ) are identified - Focus is on giving a client a project and not on a quality project - No solid training is provided to new employees. It's pretty much trial by fire - Long term employees disregard that newbies don't know the system like they do - Decisions are made at upper level and teams are just supposed to jump on board with no input - No priority order of work. It changes from day to day and is pretty much whatever client screams the loudest
