      Access to senior management is pretty straightforward and they will be listening to what you have to say. Night-out once a month, yearly team-building event. Business initiatives are supported once they are demonstrated to be successful. Consultants are free to choose the assignments they see fit.

      Some senior managers don't present the required competencies to run the departments they're heading. Badly paid for the cash that's being generated. Poor communication with the sellers on the assignments being prospected, the clients being met. Very secretive on this aspect.
