Having management (who was really cash-strapped) try to appear flush with resources as they continued to downsize their staff from dwindling revenue and horrendous business decisions 3. Outright disregard for business relationships - including those with employees - and having absolutely no regard for honesty once so ever, up to an including demanding employees lie to clients
