Micromanagement from supervisors with limited to no actual clinical support. Can’t get what you need to do your job (from materials to communication). Families suffer, employees suffer. Difficult to be ethical. Really disorganized. Aversive work environment, very unfriendly. Non-reinforcing - very punishing environment. “Do it, because I said so”, and “speak when you are spoken to” management style of clinical staff. High turnaround = bad place to work.
