I had the pleasure of working with some excellent people. My manager was incredibly supportive, smart and kind, and the CEO was very forward-thinking and encouraged input no matter what level in the company you were. There were lots of opportunities for personal growth and development beyond job description, and requests for raises were considered fairly and often approved. I was allowed to be very flexible with working from home and in the office, and the office location in Shoreditch was pleasant.

No team-building, limited communication between departments, starting salary slightly below market average

Emphasis is on making a quality product; no arbitrary deadlines; programmers are independent; no bureaucracy.

Team is small so no career progression possible; offices are in need of renovation; pay could be better.
