They will quickly immerse you in activities integral to the success of proposals across multiple sectors, practice areas, and donor agencies, including assisting in technical approach development, team-building through expert consultant engagement, and participating in prestigious conferences and events.

Must be a motivated employee willing to work long hours (sometimes weekends) and immerse yourself in material outside of your university background as they will seek to involve you in proposals for projects in a diverse range of sectors (agriculture, aviation, trade and investment, private sector development, ports & maritime, public sector governance, etc.).

Aggressive company, always looking for new projects (in any field). They have a great network of consultants and other key stakeholders.

It lacks structure and organization. Very junior staff.
