Non-factory workers get their own office, not a lot in the way of processes to follow. Top managment makes decisions very quickly.

Management not willing to consider new practices if they go against tradition. Weak middle-management. No teamwork evident - everyone is expected to be an expert in everything. Compensation was ok, but benefits were poor compared to other companies. Long waiting times for benefits to become available to new employees. Top managment can be trigger happy with employees. There is a very strong atmosphere of fear evident.
