Office Environment :-The office environment is very toxic. In office you will feel like jail. Don't provide any services like snacks lunch or breakfast. There are 3 co-founders . One of the which is very sycophantic. The other lacks moral values, is unprofessional.With third not having much interaction so not having much idea about him. Carrer growth:- You will continue to work on the same tech stacks, including old ones, which may make it difficult for you to change jobs easily later on. Salary Growth:-You won't receive a significant salary increase. Biased and Full politics. Leaves:-When you are sick, they don't take it seriously. They will still contact you, regardless of how ill you are and HR will continue to reach out unless you formally apply for leave.The leave policy is very inefficient. Team Outings:-There won't be many team outings, perhaps just once a year. About Company:-The company is neither a startup nor a large corporation. It has around 60 employees. They have a five-day work from office culture.
