Appalling team culture - Recensione dipendente - Senior Project Executive presso Ipsos

Workload gets overwhelming at times, although that would not even be an issue if team culture would not be absolutely appalling, some team members that have been with the company longer allow themselves to raise voice at other employees and generally bully them. While that is happening in an open plan office, managers do not comment or intercept such activities what only speaks poorly of the culture of the whole company. It is a very obsolete company that tries to be on trend, however requires complete restructuring (what is surely a challenge considering the size of it) I am not well aware of other teams but would not recommend Project Management one, with it’s lack of support and onboarding, and general bullying atmosphere it makes it unbearable to be there and carry out your job effectively.
