Easy going environment. Good people

No management. Employees basically run themselves and many take advantages that others don't get

Most of the people are nice

Pay is horrible, i was given far below average pay for my position, even just considering Yakima I got divorced while working here and the CEO felt the need to come in and make fun of me for it at least once a week Personally the management either criticized or patronized me and gave me nonsensical requests and would not listen to reason I was almost never given any guidance or direction
