Middle management is mediocre, they are mostly techies who became managers, so often don't have good management skills 3. Lot of micro management 4. Org. structure is flat so not much scope of promotion 5. No independent HR to address grivances. HR just repeats management's view 6. Have very few clients, so their wishes are treated like gods 7. Very secretive about project details, so hard to understand the business context
