Pays up to 4 holidays a year for field personnel. (8 hours only). Gives a Christmas gift to employees every year.

Limited advancement beyond field, unless you are a Louisianna resident. Eliminated Annual Crawfish Boil that all employees could go to and replaced it with clay sporting event that only select local individuals benefit from. Low Cap on field personnel pay in comparison to competitors. They take a portion of your contract bonus for the company.
