Not well organized, frequent change of middle management, flow of ıncoming and outgoing experts and engineers, suffering to implement ERP due to the lack of experience and belief, human resources management is not sufficient.

Employees can present their ideas to their managers. They are always open to hear new things. This means employees can really be part of the improvement of the company. Also there may be a good opportunities which can help also employees' career.

Company is still acting like they are new. This situation impacts company culture negatively.
