Can be tiring, but is managable

Meals were provided off the menu, provided it is below certain value ( Around $20 and below i believe. Great if you want to have a full time like job while part timing. Great starting salary which increases as you learn more roles/stations. Most staff are extremely friendly and funny.

Salary doesn't increase despite their stated quarterly assessment. Might be quite hard to fit in for non/poor chinese speakers as kitchen staff are mainly chinese but still okay as floor staff are mostly singaporeans. Long hours, most shifts are 11-12 hours for PT/FT kitchen staff and full time service staff. Part time Service staff generally get around 4-12 hours depending on how experienced you are ( Experienced staff usually gets the longest and most shifts ) Some managers are extremely nitpicky and bad role models, helping out in the kitchen, only to leave their stations in a mess. But there are good managers as well. The menu is non innovative and not much room for you to learn. Preparations are mainly done by a separate team so cooks are barely needed for prep. The menu itself is boring, having worked in other restaurants before. New dishes are boring and often not popular, basically a coffeeshop western in a restaurant setting. If you enjoy next to 0 preparation then you'd love it here. But as a chef that wants to learn, there's barely anything to learn here. Some staff are an absolute nightmare to work with, always angsty and talk trash to you.
