You go to work and you're surrounded by a lot of smart and competent individuals that care about their job. It's easier to do great work when people care and you're provided a space in which you can excel.

To date, I never have seen any downside of it.

Flexible schedule but that's about it.

Need better structure. To much preference. Some employees think they own the company and treat the rest in a horrible way, while management is aware and they do nothing. No future or way to better yourself and definitely no opportunities to move up. Pay is bad.
