      Not a hire and fire organisation - decent management that recognise there are issues.

      Marketing machine is very broken lack of leads for salesforce. Poor market awareness with customers , due to so many technologies and lack of clarity. Service Desk offering has taken a real hit, due to slow to market cloud transformation offering, and data storage issues.

One of the negative side-effects of rapid growth due to acquisitions is the time needed to reassess business initiatives and align internal procedures to accommodate change.       Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
