      Ivanti was great before their change of leadership but moving forward, has lost culture and incentive to move upwards in your career. Outside hires make way more money

      There is no culture anymore especially with Covid. No resonation within the teams. The pay gap between new hires and senior members of the team is ridiculous.

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
