      Employees are very friendly and helpful They pay good amount of hike before joining

      No Work life balance Managers promise to show off to upper management and ruin developer's work life balance (does not matter which level developer you are). Even on weekends they expect you to work. Hardly you'll get time for family. HR's are never bothered Very less hike once joined (yearly hike)

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
