      - Work from Everywhere - No micromanagement - decent salary (could be more, but who doesn't want that?) - very good personal development chances - very short management chains - Executive Leadership team that goes with the time and listens to their employees

      - integration of acquired companies is always difficult and the churn of employees through acquisitions is unfortunately rather high

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
