Relatively new management, and they are working hard to get a common culture in place. The company is committed to allowing employees to work from anywhere.

      Very tight on resources and budget. Owned by private equity, so EBITDA targets prevent taking risks on investing deeply to get the company on the fast track to success.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
