      I am returning to Ivanti after leaving them for about 8 months. I'm returning to enjoy the culture, products, and work-life balance. Ivanti has given me some great mentoring and support over the years and I look forward to continuing my development there.

      I left Ivanti because I was working some tough hours. My team was assigned to fix bugs and generally ensure the quality of the product during US business hours. In order to learn and get help to understand the massive product, I and my colleagues would have to stay up late month after month. I'm just not a nighttime person. I have been placed on a team and product where I believe this won't be an issue.

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
