      Bunch of great and really supportive people, good benefits, remote work, challenging workloads, designated hours each week for trainings both company assigned and personal. If you choose to work from the office there are free snacks, drinks, coffee, tea and a nice lunch room and relax room with consoles,billard table and more.

      The product is really complex and there is a lot of content that is not covered by the trainings.

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
