      Ivanti has lots of investment capital which means there is lots of opportunities to contribute across the company in lots of different ways. The products are great and the roadmap is ambitious, but acheivable.

      A lot of the capital is being spent on acquiring companies, which means the landscape is always changing and there is continuous change. You need to have good skills in adapting to change and a mindset of continuous improvement to be successful (which I would argue is true everywhere, but critical at Ivanti).

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
