      The people are nice and great to work with. Decent benefits. Every other Friday afternoon off.

      The company is not growing, slowly dying. Lack of development, growth opportunities, raises, or job security. Lack of anything you would consider and want in your career. Defensive culture. Just don't be the next one to be laid off is the game. No future here.

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
