      The culture here is truly something special. People really care and in the main, everyone I cross paths with is genuinely collaborative and passionate. People are genuinely supportive, approachable, and always willing to help. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and it reflects in the quality of work we produce as a team.

      The organisation came together through acquisitions and processes can be complex. You often have to be persistent to get things over the line.

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
