      -Pay -Insurance premiums -Lack of training - No communication across departments -No room for growth unless someone leaves - unprofessional HR department - unavailable and absent managers who do not train/assist their teams - Culture is customer and profit based. No core values that encompass employee retention, growth, etc.

      -Clean -Safe -Good People -Solid Products -Good Brands -Nice offices -Responsible handling of Hazmat -Privately Held company (pro and con really, investment group is not local)

      -Johnny Maniscalco is listed as CEO, that is not the case, he sold the company years ago, but he is a very good man and leader -Management, throughout (leadership, direction, teaching, communication, etc. - they're overwhelmingly good people) -Nobody stays, people have been "jumping ship" it seems non-stop for years -Pay scale isn't equal to biggest and most comparable competition -Inter-company communication and sharing of information among departments is a disaster
