Pay for position and expectations is extremely low; All positions manage at least one level down; Building is constantly "on fire"; Everything is at all times the priority; Zero opportunity to make change; People are treated like cogs in a wheel instead of human beings; Everyone is talking behind everyone's back all the time; Systems are broken; Upper Management creates and appears to almost encourage an environment where people are micromanaged, creativity is stifled; necessary change is stopped or disregarded.
