The leadership was awesome, they really want you to develop yourself and become the best employee that you can be. The culture is addicting, I love the company, they were always trying new things and trying to stay current. The company puts a big emphasis on quality of life and is made sure that you are taken care of. The employee discount is enough to work J.Crew alone.

Svantaggi

The management didn't always feel like they wanted to be there, also the hours are long and inconsistent. Everyone loves their job, very difficult to move up.

C-suite pushing a mandatory 3 days in-office after 5+ years of boasting flexibility as a cornerstone of their employee benefits package. Lack of clear and thoughtful communication of this new policy was frustrating and disheartening as an employee. Leadership, starting with the CEO, is at an all-time low of the last 6 years of working in their corporate office. Horrifying to see how poorly initiatives are getting rolled out, likely getting pushed down from board of directors. Would anticipate a rough transition into the company if you choose to take a role replacing the dozens of employees possibly being forced to leave the company due to RTO.
