Customer Service also suffers due to this type of thinking. Expect no help at all. * Many managers are trapped in Wamu way of thinking and still after almost 3 years haven't grasp that they don't promote Chase's vision or understand that policies are different. * Most of the branch managers do not come from a finance background and are thrown to the wolves after 4-5 months of only sales training. No training on operations, how to handle a cash drawer, or regulations.
