1. No Op planning and over hire at all levels. 2. Management promotes unnecessary extra hours irrespective of efficiency etc. 3. No healthy work culture 4. Hyderabad operations management at the corporate center side is bad. 5. All basic tasks are carried out by the teams in operations. 6. US stakeholders are even worse than the ones in India.
