During the pandemic, we've proven our ability to adapt and are even more productive than before. Many employees recognize the benefit and use the reclaimed commute time to spend with our families or complete work tasks. J.P.Morgan launched initiatives to be more green and forcing all employees back to the office conflicts with those priorities. The added expense to employees and the increase in emissions and wear and tear (e.g., tires) is inconsistent with going green.
