Work life balance is good until now from march WFH is gone so i think that too would be gone. ETV has lot breakout areas where you can pass time play tt pool indoor cricket and all.

Cons except work life balance everything is con. Basic things like food, gym membership, medical insurance everything is bad. We used to do night shift and food they offer in ETV is pathetic. Gym- First they used to offer cult gym subscription but from past year they stopped it and now they offer only 2 gym i whole Banglore that too in marathali. With more than 10k employees gym can be accessed by only 200 members. That's a cheap level cost cutting and they show them as they provide lot of health benifits. These 2 gyms are also there because just to mention that they provide gym facilities 🤣. Insuarance. It is worst than PMJSY. So basic insuarance that it doesn't cover anything.
