As a woman, mother and part-time employee in a more male-dominated industry, that is not something that can be taken for granted. * Collaboration across departmental boundaries is stimulated.

* Deadlines sometimes cause stress. However, you can always ask whether colleagues have free capacity to support you if it gets too much. Or you ask the customer whether a deadline can't be pushed back a bit. * If you want to get the highest possible salary, this is not the place for you. There are Christmas and holiday bonuses, meal checks and eco checks. Selling a lot of big projects does not affect the salary, there is no extra bonus (however supporting colleagues when necessary, who do not have to be afraid of not receiving any bonus if they help someone else).

My hiring process started just before the first COVID-19 lock-down. There was a temporary hiring stop due to this certain and unknow event. I highly appreciated the open communication and timely updates by the HR Manager to keep me informed and interested in an exciting opportunity. I now working 3 months for J-Tec as Project Manager Chemicals which started with an excellent onboarding program. A buddy colleague was assigned and all IT-services were ready upon first working day. I’m really impressed by the ownership everyone is taking for their customers and projects. I do see a one-team mentality of very talented and highly technical people. Furthermore J-Tec has its in-house competence centre which provide all the project support and trainings needed. What motivates me is to be part of this great team to bring value and successes to J-Tec very wide international customers and state-of-the art projects.

As Im' just started I do not have any negatives.
